Whether you’re looking to upgrade your closet and organization, need some home reno tools, or just need some new furniture and accessories, Walmart has so many great options. I put together a list of all of my favorite fall design pieces so all you have to do is decide what you can’t live without.
1. Best Blanket: Better Homes & Gardens Vanilla Cable Cozy Knit Throw
A cuddly blanket is a must-have for cooler fall evenings, and I love this gorgeous cable knit throw. The vanilla color will look great with almost any decor, and it’s machine washable so you don’t have to be too precious about it.
2. Best Chair: UBesGoo Modern Arm Chair
If you’ve been wanting to add a bit of mid-century modern flavor to your home design, this chair is the perfect budget-friendly way to do so! The bright orange is a classic MCM-inspired colorway, but it comes in a variety of neutral fabrics as well.
3. Best Accessory: Better Homes & Gardens Wood and Marble Bookends
Not only are bookends practical, but they also add a bit of style to a bookshelf, too! This petite pair of bookends has contrasting cool marble and warm wood textures and would be perfect for styling a bookshelf or holding up a curated stack of books on a side table.
4. Best Storage Bench: Better Homes & Gardens Springwood Storage Bench
Need some extra storage and more seating options? The Springwood Storage Bench is just the piece you’ve been looking for! Covered in a classic bouclé fabric, this bench would look equally as good at the foot of a bed or in a living room. The top hinges open so you can easily stash extra blankets, bedding, or anything else you want to tuck out of sight.
5. Best Multi-Functional Furniture Piece: Better Homes & Gardens Springwood Cane TV Stand
This stylish cabinet is so versatile! While you could totally use it as a TV stand, it would also work as a sideboard in a dining room or in an entryway. The contrast of the inset cane doors with the dark finish is dramatic but still neutral, so it works with a wide range of interior design styles.
6. Best Coffee Table: Better Homes & Gardens Burlwood Round Coffee Table
Burlwood is definitely having a moment right now and this coffee table is a great way to get in on the trend without spending a fortune! The light-colored wood finish is so pretty, and the round shape makes it a good option for small spaces where a rectangular or square coffee table might not fit.
7. Best Bench: Duhome Entryway Bench
If your house has a more traditional look, the design of this bench will fit right in. I like the classic Windsor spindle back, but the black finish gives it a contemporary look.
8. Best Mirror: Better Homes & Gardens Filigree Arch Metal Wall Mirror
This gorgeous mirror measures a whopping 20 x 30 inches, and would be so eye-catching in an entryway! I really like the floral filigree details, and the gold finish works for both colorful and neutral decor schemes.
9. Best Candle Holder: Better Homes & Gardens Black Metal Pillar Candle Holder Lantern
If you’re looking to decorate for Halloween in a more understated way, these black metal candle lanterns are such a great choice. They come in three separate sizes (14, 17, and 20 inches high), so you can mix and match for a more dramatic look. Pair them with black pillar candles for spooky season!
10. Best Swivel Chair: Better Homes & Gardens Mira Swivel Chair
Doesn’t this chair look so incredibly cozy? Upholstered in rich green velvet, it’s the perfect spot for curling up with a good book when the weather is chilly. Bonus points for the fact that it swivels, making it ideal for holiday hosting.
11. Best Bedding: Better Homes & Gardens White Chenille Duvet Cover Set
There really is nothing better to celebrate a new season than a fresh set of bedding. This chenille set has a vintage-inspired look, but the geometric pattern keeps it from looking like something from your Grandma’s attic.
12. Best Baskets: Honey-Can-Do Wicker Storage Baskets
I am of the firm belief that you can never have enough baskets, so this set of three nesting baskets is a must have. The neutral color, square design, and variety of sizes makes them ideal for corralling clutter or bringing order to messy closet shelves.
